Executive Summary:
Economic growth has been the main policy goal of governments. Under the pursuance of economic development, the environmental and ecological systems have encountered harshly destruction. Environment protection is not a mission for maintaining the appearance of landscape, but more for ensuring the population well being and safety.

Global concern over Earth issues such as: depletion of natural resources like fossil fuels, destruction of biodiversity and ecosystem like tropical forests, pollution of the air and water due to emissions and disasters, degradation of lands due to chemical applications, and global warming due to ozone layer depletion, among others, is influencing consumers attitudes towards products in the market and also sustaining initiatives in finding new uses for renewable resources. We can see now an increasing desire in the markets and among end consumers for safe, natural, and environmentally compatible products.

The scope of this proposed project exceeds both budgetary and staffing capacity of the organization, which therefore seeks funding to facilitate: The establishment of a reforestation program for coconut palms. Thorough observations to calculate the rate of carbon dioxide absorption by coconut trees. Advanced researches to penetrate the worldwide market of coconut finished products in relation to fight the poverty within local finished coconut products producers.
